EAGLE Self Storage, at Wyoming, is all about providing suitable space solutions.

'Our whole business is customer-service orientated,' he said.

'For businesses, we have units where we can supply power and phone connections,' Mr Sloane said.

Private mail boxes are also available.

The use of an airconditioned conference room is available free during business hours on weekdays and Saturday.

Even catering can be arranged.

The cost of storage starts at $25 per week, and units are available in various sizes - from 2m x 2m to 8m x 4m.

Unit dimensions can also be adjusted to suit requirements.

Eagle Self Storage asks for no deposit, no administration fee, and no commitment.

Mr Sloane said the focus is on satisfying the needs of customers.

'We've tried to make everything as user-friendly as possible,' he said.

Units are accessible 24 hours. A utility truck is free for use when tenants move in and again when they move out.

And a box trailer is continually available for use throughout the rental period.

Showers, toilets and a kitchen are also on site.

Padlocks and packing tape and the use of equipment such as palettes, palette jacks, and trolleys are included in the rental.
